Prioritizing User Needs and Collaboration
Throughout the process with Thriday, I prioritized user needs and collaborated closely with their team to ensure the app met their requirements and aligned with their brand identity.
Flourishing in a cross-functional environment, I worked seamlessly with stakeholders and the product team, completing projects within design sprints and iterative cycles.
Enhancing the User Experience
This collaborative approach fostered a spirit of innovation. I was able to integrate new features, simplify existing functionalities, and build a design system, all while optimizing the product for both internal and external users.
To ensure a seamless user experience, I conducted rigorous usability testing, leading to significant product improvements prior to launch.
Design Expertise and Project Management
My design expertise extends beyond execution. I played a crucial role in Thriday's growth by simultaneously designing the iOS, Android apps, and the admin portal, ensuring a timely launch. This multifaceted project showcased my ability to multitask effectively, take ownership of complex design challenges within a small team, and prioritize, manage multiple tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
